If you had reservations for MLK weekend (Sat, Sun, Mon), you will automatically be issued a full refund for any passes and rentals. We will not be charging for slope access today, Monday, 1-19-2026, please come to guest services to sign a waiver. Rentals are available for purchase in person. We appreciate your understanding as we work to safely restore full mountain operations.

Hatley Pointe operates as a reservation-only resort, and all guests are required to purchase lift tickets and any needed rentals in advance. This allows us to manage capacity, deliver a smoother guest experience, and ensure you spend more time on the mountain and less time waiting in line. Please plan ahead and secure your tickets and rentals before arriving.
