• Serve food and beverages to guests
• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any guest concerns or requests
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness in the dining area
• Process guest payments and handle cash transactions
• Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
• Collaborate with other servers and staff to provide exceptional service aligning with our core values

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry or customer service preferred
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques
• Robust knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer
• Strong hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
• Familiarity with software systems like (Resy/Square) is a plus
