As part of Hatley Pointe’s Guest Services team, you’ll help create the first—and lasting—impression for every guest who visits the mountain. Whether welcoming guests at the lodge, assisting with parking, coordinating reservations, or ensuring a seamless stay through housekeeping or concierge services, you’ll be part of the team that defines our standard of warmth and hospitality. Guest Services includes roles such as Guest Experience Supervisor, Host/Greeter, Housekeeping, Lodge Security, Parking Attendant, Retail Associate, Valet, and Sanctuary Concierge. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Welcome and assist guests with professionalism, ensuring an exceptional first impression and smooth arrival experience. 

• Provide accurate information about passes, rentals, activities, and resort amenities. 

• Support check-in, reservations, and other front-facing guest processes as needed. 

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment across guest spaces. 

• Respond promptly and courteously to guest questions, requests, and concerns. 

• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams—including Retail, Food & Beverage, and Mountain Operations—to ensure efficient guest flow during peak times. 

• Uphold Hatley Pointe’s standards for hospitality, safety, and professionalism in every interaction. 

• Assist with special events, group activities, and seasonal programs as assigned. 

Qualifications 

• Friendly, approachable demeanor and strong customer service skills. 

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 

• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment. 

• Prior experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer-facing roles preferred (training provided for entry-level positions). 

• Basic computer proficiency for handling check-ins, reservations, and point-of-sale systems. 

• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
