We've always seen Hatley Pointe as something bigger than a ski season. The goal from day one has been to build a place where people feel like they genuinely belong, not just somewhere they pass through on a winter trip. That vision is starting to become real in ways you'll be able to see and feel.

Broadway
Ski-In / Ski-Out
Step off the slope and straight into your front door. Broadway is Hatley Pointe's first ski-in/ski-out neighborhood — use it as your mountain home, or rent it out when you're not here.
Architectural drawings are complete and infrastructure development is actively underway as part of Phase 2 of the resort's master plan. Lots are expected to go on sale Spring 2027.

Powder Hill
Ski-In / Ski-Out
Slope-side living with a little more breathing room. Powder Hill gives you ski-in/ski-out access and the kind of views that make it hard to leave.
Like Broadway, Powder Hill is part of the resort's Phase 2 development — architectural drawings are in place and infrastructure work is underway. Lots go on sale Spring 2027.

Joining the Team
We are so excited to welcome Kat Vulgamore to Hatley Pointe as Executive Chef at Smoke & Timber. Kat grew up with a deep connection to food and nature, learning in the kitchen alongside her family and developing an early appreciation for where ingredients come from and why that matters.
After earning her degree from the IUP Academy of Culinary Arts, she joined the externship program at the Biltmore Estate, where she spent six years working her way up from extern to demi-chef. That time shaped her deeply, refining her foundation in classic French cuisine, Italian technique, and Spanish flavors while working daily with estate-raised and farm-driven ingredients.
Now at Smoke & Timber, Kat brings all of that with her. Her cooking is grounded in real relationships with local farmers and producers, and menus that change with the season and reflect this place. We truly cannot wait for you to experience her work.
To every incredible woman and every family who joined us for La Dolce Vita — thank you. It was an afternoon that reminded us exactly why we do this. Here are a few moments from the day.

The Cloudbelt
is taking shape.
The tunnel section of our new 400-foot covered surface lift is being installed on Broadway — and the progress is looking great. This is one of the features we're most excited about for next ski season. Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to completion.

Wildlife Ridge
180-degree views at 4,300 feet, right across from Hatley Pointe. Wildlife Ridge is a tri-level log cabin that sleeps up to 12 — with cathedral ceilings, a hot tub, two private decks, a propane fire pit, and a game room stocked with a pool table, shuffleboard, arcade machine, and a full bar. It's the kind of place that turns a mountain trip into a proper getaway.
