Season passes are available for purchase. All Hatley Pointe lift passes are now RFID-enabled. Simply keep the card in a pocket and easily scan it to get on the slopes! Hatley Pointe is accepting card only at this time.

You are taught the techniques of gliding, slowing down, turning and stopping, so you can capture the thrill and excitement of the sport while having fun and staying safe.
Private Lesson 1 Hour

A more personal approach, private lessons offer one-on-one training for beginners or for those who want to improve upon specific skills. Private lessons offer more flexibility, whether you would like to practice on the Snow Sports School slope or take on more advanced slopes, learn about lift-riding and safety guidelines on the slopes.

Policies, Refunds, & Discounts
Lost media and ticket policies
Be advised, dates and rates are subject to change.
Slope passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused tickets cannot be applied to future purchases. Lost passes will not be replaced. A $15 fee applies for lost media replacements; however, you can reuse and reload your media card for future visits to avoid this fee. All guests must have a valid day or night slope pass and ski/snowboard equipment to enter any slope system, including bunny slopes. Riding lifts without ski/snowboard equipment is strictly prohibited. Management reserves the right to evoke slope passes at any time. Though we take every precaution in lift maintenance practices, grease or light debris have potential to be present and /or drip from lift areas and equipment. This is an inherent risk to winter sports and Hatley Pointe is not responsible for stains or damage to garments, ski/snowboard equipment, or otherwise.
Refunds
Passes, rentals, and lessons are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will not be issued should there be inclement weather, temporarily ceased lift operations for any reason, or early closure due to unforeseen circumstances. Retail items purchased from South Knit are non-refundable. When you make a purchase, you have accepted and agree to our terms and conditions.
Discounts
Discount available for Seniors (64-69 years old), Active Military Members, Military Veterans, and Youth (5-12 years old), Local Students (Yancey, Buncombe, Unicoi, Madison Co., and Home School), and College students on College Night (App State, ETSU, Mars Hill, WCU, NC State, AB Tech, and Warren Wilson). Must present valid ID to receive discount.
*Those 70+ enjoy complimentary skiing Monday-Thursday, excluding holidays. 4 & under ski free!
Pricing FAQs
I purchased a season pass, how do I pick it up?
When you order a season pass online you will need to come to one of our ticket counters inside the lodge to pick it up. Our staff can assist you in getting a photo taken for your season pass and get you on the slopes as quickly as possible!
I purchased a season pass, but I want to add family members. How can I do that?
Our Family add on passes are available at our ticket counter and may be picked up in person after presenting the proof of purchase of a standard Season Pass
What discounts will you offer this season?
We offer discounts for active Military members and Veterans, Seniors 64-69 years old, 70+ ski complimentary Monday-Thursday, Youth 5-12 years old, and 4 & under ski free. Learn more about this on our pricing page!
Can I purchase a lift ticket on the same day that I want to visit?
Absolutely! Daily lift tickets are available for purchase on the mountain, or can be purchased online and picked up when you arrive. Note, we cannot ensure your reservation upon arrival and recommend that you purchase your pass in advance!
Do you offer partial day passes?
Our Powder Pass will allow our guests the option to buy a 4-hour pass to be used at any time of day. Learn more about the Powder Pass on our Pricing page here.
