Lauren spearheads new project initiatives and plays a pivotal role in shaping the mountain's evolution into the ultimate year-round destination.
Lauren Webb is from Wise, Virginia, where her natural creativity blossomed from crafting with her grandmother and building things with her Dad to a pursuit of an interior architecture degree from East Tennessee State University. Lauren graduated with Magna Cum Laude distinction in the interior architecture and entrepreneurship programs at ETSU.
While working toward her degree, Lauren was hired as an interior design intern and transitioned to Hatley Pointe’s full-time interior designer upon graduation. She has been heavily involved in all facets of the Hatley Pointe renovation project, from the early design phase to the implementation and project management as construction nears completion. Her commitment, work ethic, and passion for design led to her promotion to Strategic Development Officer one year after her career at Hatley Pointe began. In her new role, she spearheads new project initiatives and plays a pivotal role in shaping the mountain's evolution into the ultimate year-round destination.
The part of the project that Lauren most looks forward to is cultivating a space where cherished memories are made, drawing people from far and wide to experience all that Hatley Pointe has to offer.
Lauren finds joy in spending quality time with her family, friends and dog, Astro, lake days, photography, and good coffee. While she grew up in water sports, Lauren discovered a newfound love for skiing since joining the Hatley Pointe team.
